Black History

Isn't it amazing how God created this world and the people living in it? When I was younger I kept asking why some people got darker or lighter skin than me, why their hair were so much different from mine, my parents used to tell me that every one of us is unique and very special with our own little ways.

Each and every person living in this world wants to know their past or history. I remember when I was in high school, one of my favorite subjects was history, I really liked to know more about other race's history. When I got here to the States, I have learned more about history and I am really glad to know it all because it helped me open my mind to other things. Since I got here, I have met different people from different races and still meeting new people. I got friends that are hispanics, asians, white and black and I love them all.

I have learned that it is very important to know where you came from so you can freely move forward and that there are so many ways to learn about it. I have just read something about Black History.
