I’m starting Ohio State University this summer, and I cannot wait to leave home. My parents are worried about me because I was unable to get on campus housing, so I will have to live in my own apartment off campus. I keep on telling them that a lot of students do this, but they are still being so annoying about it. I am going to have roommates, and we will all be fine. I am trying my best to be responsible and prove to them that things will be fine. I have already looked into getting columbus clear internet so that I can be on top of all of my schoolwork no matter where I am. I have also filled out all of the financial aid forms and started researching majors so I won’t have a hard time figuring out what classes I am going to take. I am hoping that my behavior will make them feel better about me being on my own in off campus housing. I know it is hard for them to let go, but they are going to have to learn to deal with the fact that I am all grown up and will be on my own soon.

Mijo's Graduation Day

My little guy graduated from Kindergarten yesterday. My husband and I are really so proud of him. Until now, I still cannot believe how time flies. My mom sent some money to buy him some suit and Oh lala Mijo really looked so good with his suit yesterday.

Although my son graduated already he still have to come back to school next week. I cannot believe that he will be in first grade this coming school year. I am really happy that my son did well in school. I just hope and Pray that he will catch up and do great as well in first grade.

Congrats Mijo, Papi and Mami are so proud of you. We love you so much! :)

No School, No Work!

I am so glad that Killeen ISD canceled school today. When there is no school, there is no work for me! The weather has been so bad this week and last night it started to snow that is why they canceled school.

The road's so icy, wet and slippery. Too bad my husband still had to go to work this morning, I really feel sorry for him. I told him to drive slow and carefully, I don't care if he'll be late at work as long as he arrive their safely.

My son and I are just staying at home chilling. Be safe you all and enjoy the 3-day weekend! :)

2 Hours Late

At 6:30 A.M. today I got a phone call and a voicemail from Sugar Loaf Elementary School. It says that KISD,will start school 2 hours late due to the weather. All staffs and students will report 2 hours later than normal start time. All buses will run regular routes 2 hours later than normal start time. I was glad they made that decision because the weather was really bad and it was so dark. My son is still not feeling well and I am glad he got to sleep in more. I think the weather will be bad for the rest of the day, so I am just going to stay home and relax.
