My son and I conversation this morning...

Colas: Good Morning Mommy, it's already your birthday! (then he started singing the Happy Birthday song, gave me a big hug & kisses)
Me: Thank you! =)
Colas: Remember, I asked you yesterday if you can drive me to the store after school?
Me: I said Yes but where to?
Colas: We're going to Walmart so I can buy you a cake, balloons, flowers, card and your birthday present, do you want anything more? Oh yeah I forgot, you also like purses and sunglasses,right?
Me: Oh wow that is a lot and yes I like purses and sunglasses but do you have money?
Colas: No.
Me: How are you going to pay for all those things then?
Colas: (Pointing at me!) and said You will pay for them Mommy, I will just choose them for you, okay?
Me: You want me to drive for you and pay for everything too?
Colas: Yes because I cannot drive yet and I don't have money to pay for everything, it's okay Mommy it's your birthday! I wish my Papi is here, he will drive for me and pay for everything.

My son started my day great, I hope it will stay like that for the rest of the day. I am just so lucky to have the best son in the world =)

I am really tired and planning on taking a nap but I have changed my mind when I saw the numbers of tasks that was assigned to me. I am exhausted but I will try to finish some of these tasks. I am just so grateful for all the Blessings that God has given me and my family.

My First Birthday Gift From Hubby

I found this package outside the door when I got home from work yesterday afternoon. It didn't say where it's from but I knew it was from my husband. Going to College

I’m starting Ohio State University this summer, and I cannot wait to leave home. My parents are worried about me because I was unable to get on campus housing, so I will have to live in my own apartment off campus. I keep on telling them that a lot of students do this, but they are still being so annoying about it. I am going to have roommates, and we will all be fine. I am trying my best to be responsible and prove to them that things will be fine. I have already looked into getting columbus clear internet so that I can be on top of all of my schoolwork no matter where I am. I have also filled out all of the financial aid forms and started researching majors so I won’t have a hard time figuring out what classes I am going to take. I am hoping that my behavior will make them feel better about me being on my own in off campus housing. I know it is hard for them to let go, but they are going to have to learn to deal with the fact that I am all grown up and will be on my own soon.
