Sometimes my husband tell me something that makes me mad. I know I should not be mad at him because he is only worried about my health. My husband wants me to lose weight not because he wants me to be sexy but because of my health. I am overweight and my sugar level gets high because of my not so healthy eating habits. I need to eat right and exercise to keep my health in the good track. I've seen some affordable exercise equipment online. I am going to tell my husband about and see if we can afford to get one. Having our own exercise equipment at home would really be great, we do not have to go to the gym to work out.
