Feeling Not So Good

I am not really feeling so good right now.I feel like I am going to faint any time soon.My lower back and my lower tummy is really hurting a lot.I really hate it when I have my monthly period and have a dysmenorrhea.I want to lay down but my son keeps on bugging me.My husband is not here to help me watch him.I really feel so sick right now!:-(
