Chinese Style Sausage

My husband and I really love eating the Chinese style sausage.We always see to it that we buy it when ever we do a grocery shopping in the Filipino store.I love how it taste because it is not too sweet and it is not too salty,the taste of it is perfect for me!We love having it during breakfast with some rice or bread,scrambled or boiled eggs and of course coffee or juice.I am cooking the Chinese style sausage right now,I know it is too late for breakfast but who cares,right?that is what I want to eat right now!Sounds yummy,right?Well,it is really yummy so if you have not tried it yet,you better try it now!
