Healthy resolutions usually fall into one of two categories:Quitting a bad habit or Starting a good one...Here are some resolutions that I know would help us to have a healthy and happy living...
1.)Avoid Smoking and exposure to secondhand smoke...
2.)Eat fruits and vegetables...
3.)Cut back on Salt...
4.)Eat meals low in total,saturated and trans-fats to reduce your cholesterol levels and risk of heart disease...
5.)Check your cholesterol...keep your level under 200 mg/dl...
6.)Reduce the amount of sugary soda you drink...
7.)Check your blood pressure...make sure you keep it under 140/90
8.)Get a mammogram,that's only if you are a woman ages 40 or older...
9.)Protect your skin from the sun...use sun block with an SPF when you're out in the sun...
