20 Minutes Exercise

I just did my 20 minutes exercise and I am feeling so good. I try everyday to do some exercise not only because I want to lose weight but also for my health. I bought the zumba fitness dvd and I am so loving it,right now I've only tried the Rush dvd which is a 20-minute work out, I cannot wait to try the other 7 cds.

Well, I am going to take a shower now and get ready for work. Have a good Monday everyone!

Holiday Shopping

I was so psyched for Cyber Monday this year that I did some major gearing up of my internet service. I searched Rochester wireless internet and got Clear so that I could be sure that my connection was up to speed for my shopping. Last year my service kept on cutting out, and I missed out on some really great stuff because of it. I can’t stand shopping on black Fridayanymore. In the last few years, people have gotten trampled and hurt, and this was just unacceptable for me. When I learned that some retailers were offering the same types of deals on the Monday following Thanksgiving, I knew that would be much better for me. My husband really wants a camcorder, so I am hoping to find a great deal on one so I can surprise him. I don’t really think we need one but if I can find one for half off, it’s his. I also wanted to get my mom and sister cameras because they have been complaining about the ones they have for a while. Hopefully I’ll be successful!

Too Much Medicines

Like what I've said on my other posts, I have been sick since Tuesday. This morning, I went to see my doctor because I couldn't take the pain anymore. My doctor told me that I have respiratory infection, strain muscles, muscle spasm and migraine. He told me to stop stressing, I really want to do that but I don't know.

I was given a lot of prescriptions, geesh, I just hope and Pray that I will feel better soon because I hate being sick. Lord, I give up everything in Your hands, I know you will not let anything bad happen to me.
