Sleeping The Whole Day

I cannot believe that I was asleep the whole day.My husband woke me up around 1 o'clock in the afternoon to eat.After eating,I went to the room and was laying down watching tv until I fell asleep again.I am not really feeling well,I cannot stop sneezing,my eyes are so watery,my nose,throat and ears are itching.I got my allergy but I do not know from where.Well,I got to do some stuff now so I am going to end this for now.
