Christmas Traveling

This year, my wife Tracy and I are going to do something we haven't done in a long time: take a road trip. Christmas is coming up, and that means our family is going to be getting together, once again. For the past five years, my family has gathered at my place in the Tallahassee area, but this year my oldest son Henry wants to host the annual Christmas party at his new place in Vermont. My three sons all live in New England, so that's where we plan to meet. I never thought that my family would all move out of the south, but they've all found great jobs up that way. I'm really proud of them.

Tracy and I decided to drive, instead of fly. We plan on taking some time to ourselves and do some sightseeing several days before we meet with our boys. It's going to be a great experience. To Go or Not To Go?

My family and I have been planning on going to the Bahamas for a couple of months now. We got so excited to spend our summer vacation there and of course to visit and be with our family there. But until now, my I still don't know if we are going or not. My husband's vacation leave is not approved yet and the last time we went to the travel agency, the agent told us that the dates that we want to go there is almost fully-booked. My son and I are in Chicago right now,we just arrived here this afternoon. We are visiting our relatives here and will be celebrating my son's 4th birthday here as well. We are in Atkinson Nebraska right now...Geesh,it is really freezing cold out here. It started snowing this morning and oh my I really do not feel like going out. I really would like to visit Brazil. I think it is a very nice place to go to especially with the people you love. I want to visit that big grotto located on top of the mountain, I forgot what it is called but I would really love to go and visit there. Awww my poor little prince.My son always fall asleep when ever we are on the road.I guess he gets so boring and just fall asleep.He looks so cute whenever he fall asleep on his seat.Sometimes when we are on the road,I really pity him because I know he do not like to sit on his car seat for so long and I know he gets too bored.

Getting Things Ready

Long Drive

I was the one who drove on our way home from Dallas.My husband's foot started hurting again so I have decided to just drive.At first I was so scared when I hit the free way because there were so many big trucks passing and the other cars were driving so fast.I did not want to be left behind so I also drove fast.I was driving 80-85 m/h on a 65-75 m/hr zone,I know I should have drove with in the speed limit well,we got home fast!I was really tired when we got home and my husband gave me a full massage.
