I'm Glad He's Okay

My husband left Thursday for work and I am really glad to hear that he is doing fine. My husband and I chatted for almost an hour earlier, I really miss him and I know he misses me and our son more. I really hate it when my husband leave us for work but we cannot do anything because he gotta work.

Anyway, I am just really glad that he is doing fine right now.

A Little Chit Chat

My husband and I had a chance to chat for a little bit. I was finishing some online tasks when he sent me a message asking if I was still awake. I am really glad that I got to chat with him even for just a little bit, I know he's really busy that is why we always make sure not to waste time when we chat or talk.

Thank God for computers and internet.

Happy Memorial Day America!

I hope everybody had a great memorial weekend but let us not forget the reasons behind these 4-day weekend. Let's not forget those people who sacrificed and gave their lives for us to have and enjoy our freedom today. Let's not forget to thank them and their families for everything that they have done for us to preserve our freedom.

So Glad He's Online

I am so glad that my husband and I got the chance to chat this afternoon. It has been a week since I last chat with him but he called me Sunday to let me know that he is doing fine and the internet went down. I am just very happy that we got the chance to chat today, my son and I really missed him so much.

Well, my husband had to leave and will be back in 45 minutes, so I guess I will just start preparing a dinner for me and my son. Thanks for the visit my friends, I hope to see you all again later.

Is My Papi Online?

Is my papi online? That's what I have been hearing from my son since I picked him up from school. My husband and son chats most of the time especially when our son gets off school. I am really proud to say that my son can chat with his papi with out my help, he knows how to type and what to tell his papi. I am very thankful for the technologies nowadays, it gets the family closer even when they are not together.

My son is kind of sad right now because his papi was not able to come online. He kept telling me he need a lot of hugs and kisses because he misses his papi so much.

We Got Letters

I was really happy when I checked the mailbox today because my son and I got letters from my husband. I have not checked the mailbox for a week now and we received four letters from my husband, two for me and two for my son.

Reading my husband's letters made me cry, I do really miss him a lot. My son got so excited when he saw his name on the envelope. He was so happy and excited reading his papi's letters, he even told me to take videos while he's reading it so his papi can see him reading his letters.

Sad and Worried

I am really sad and worried about my husband. He and his co-workers will be deploying in 2 two days. Until now, I still cannot accept that he is leaving soon, I really don't want him to leave but there is nothing that I can do but to accept it and to Pray for his safety.

I am asking you all to please Pray for my husband and all the soldiers that are fighting for our Freedom. Pangga, I love you so much, please come back home safe and sound.

So Excited, Hubby's Coming Home

I really cannot wait to see my husband tonight. My son and I are very excited to see him tonight, we really missed him so much and I know that my husband feels the same.

My husband has been gone for a very long month, that is why I cannot wait to see him and be with him again. I am planning on cooking sinigang and rice tonight, I know he's been dying to eat that. Grrrr I just don't know why time goes so slow right now. Anyway, I am just so happy that he will finally be home after a long time.

Hubby's Here, Time For Bed

My husband told me earlier that we will be going to sleep at 8:00 P.M. but then when we were about to get our beauty sleep, his soldier called and asked him to come to his barracks because he locked himself out from his bedroom.

While waiting for husband to come back home, I have decided to finish some of my assidned tasks. I wanted to finish them all but my husband is back now, so it is time for us to go to sleep. I have to wake up early tomorrow to attend to my son's needs and then go to work. Thanks for the visit folks and have a good one!

Where's Papi?

My husband came home late and I do not know why. He usually gets home around 5 o'clock in the afternoon but tonight he came home past 7 o'clock. Since our son got home, he kept asking about his father's where about and I told him that his father's still at work.

Like I've said my husband came home late and our son kept saying that he misses his Papi. I really feel sorry for my son whenever he tells me that he misses his father when he is not around, but there is nothing we can do, being a military family is really hard.

I Miss You Manong Like Crazy

I really do miss my husband so much. My husband has left again early this morning and he will not come back home until Thursday. It is so sad to know that another soldier has died, that is the reason why my husband has to go out of town, to do the funeral details but I hate the fact the he has to leave and we wont see him for days.

My husband's job is already starting to affect our son. On Sunday morning, he woke me up and I found him crying, I asked what's wrong and he told me that he misses his dad. Hearing those words and seeing those tears really broke my heart. I hope my husband won't have to work this weekend so we can spend a quality family time.

Gone For 2 Days

My husband left again for funeral details. He will be coming home on Sunday morning. It sucks because my son and I are going to spend halloween with out him. I really am missing him a lot, I do hope that he misses me more.

I cannot wait for him to come home, I hope he will get a day off on Monday so we can spend time together. Well, I am going to sleep here in a minute so thank you all for visiting my page today. Have a great weekend peeps!

The Soldier's Creed

My husband had to recite The Soldier's Creed infront of his more than 200 hundred co-workers last Monday. I am really proud of my husband, he really do well in his job and I am not the only one who notices this. He's been given awards for all his achievements and I am really glad that he try to do well in everything that he do. Keep up the good work manong! :)

4 Days Weekend

I am so glad that my husband got a four-day weekend. I know how stressed my husband is at work that is why I am so glad that he didn't have to wake up early for PT and does not have to stay out in the sun the whole day, even for just 4 days.

My husband will be back to work on Tuesday, so he can sleep in tomorrow and does not have to worry about his PT.

Our son, does not have school tomorrow too,yehey! We still have time tomorrow to bond and spend more quality time.

Hubby's Organazational Day

Tomorrow me and my son are going to one of my husband's organazational day. It is a gathering his company does to help build comrade and gives them a break from the everyday work schedule they do. I always enjoy myself out there to include our son. They always have a bounce house set up for the kids, and our son loves jumping. They also have plenty food and refreshments, as well as cake. So we are excited about tomorrow and I know our son will have a good time and will be worn out by the end of the day.

Pangga's Off Work Now

My pangga just got home from work right now. I am so happy that he gets off work early and that he don't have work tomorrow. He just asked me what we are going to do this weekend, I said I don't know. He told me he wants us to go to San Marcos to go shopping for our son's clothes, I'm so excited!

Soldier's Early Out

Every Thursday, the soldiers here in Fort Hood gets off early. Usually they get off work at 5 o'clock in the afternoon but on Thursday they get off at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. The higher official did this so the soldiers can spend time with their families, which I think is really great. Well, today is Thursday and my soldier will be home soon, so I better prepare our dinner soon.

Hubby's Back From His Trip

My husband came back today from his funeral detail trip. My son and I were really happy when we saw him, we've missed him terribly. My husband's job right now makes him travel around Texas, leaving me and our son at home for a few days. It make me sad when he got a trip but there's is nothing I can do but to understand and wait for his return. I had a plan on going to Austin tomorrow but my husband told me that he still have to work tomorrow,it sux! Well, I guess I will just wait for his days off, if ever they will give him those days. I am just keeping my fingers crossed.
