Sweaty Day

I am really sweating a lot right now.I do not know if it is because I have been cleaning and vacuuming or it is because it is really hot out side.I am feeling like I am inside a steaming place or in a sauna place right now.My sweat really keeps on dropping right now and I am loving it!I have not done any exercise these past few days because I have been too busy.Cleaning and vacuuming is really the best exercise for me,because it makes me sweat so fast and of course I am using all my body parts,so cleaning and vacuuming is really a great exercise,what do you think?:-)
